1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using SyberLab products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.
2. Description of Service
SyberLab provides a suite of productivity tools including but not limited to JobHunt Pro (job application tracking), PDF Ninja (browser-native PDF toolkit), and AI Face Restorer (photo enhancement). Each product may have its own specific terms outlined on the product page.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Service.
4. Subscription and Payments
Our products offer both free and paid subscription plans. Paid subscriptions are billed on a monthly or yearly basis. All payments are processed securely through Paddle.com Market Ltd, who is the Merchant of Record (MoR) for all our orders. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period.
5. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by SyberLab and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
6. Limitation of Liability
SyberLab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or a notice on the platform. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
